  • End to end project management duties including but not limited to the collection of client requirements for RFQs and RFPs on new projects, sign off on scope of work and new purchase orders, risk analysis and job hazard assessments, development of project schedules and budgets, bi-weekly cost forecasting and reporting, manpower allocation and training, unplanned events reporting & investigations, tracking and monitoring of change orders, invoicing, creation and completion of punch list items and project close outs.
  • Presided over the consultation and design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, operation and upgrade of Suncor's Dyke 11 Pumping system between 2017-2019 generating over $20M in annual revenue.
  • Developed and implemented additional controls and processes for the improvement of QAQC, and internal cost control & tracking of inventory on projects using ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Regularly facilitated meetings between key stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to foster common understanding when identifying project risks or opportunities with business executives and clients.
  • Led the policy roll out and strategy implementation efforts for the successful re-organization of Ketek's personnel assigned to the Suncor Business Unit in order to facilitate the growth of the business unit from 20 project members in 2017 up to 40+ member in 2018.
  • Portfolio included projects requiring cross functional collaboration between various disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, chemical and civil engineering, hydrologists, government regulators, high level business representatives, consultants, and SMEs.
