I bring more than twenty years in the tire business. From a shop hand to a self motivated and skilled technician with experience in every aspect of this industry. The last 5 years I've been expanding further to direct customer relations and inventory pricing & control, consistently driving growth and exceeding productivity goals through strategic planning and relationship building within my own business. Background in increasing profits, reducing costs, and transforming customer service standards have realized a streamlining of operations and promotion of organizational efficiency to decrease costs for myself, which has positively impacted my customers. As I am both owner and operator, I'm fully hands on. I diagnose vehicles for mechanics, perform road test to determine the issue(s) and have completed wheel alignments if required. Being self-motivated and highly driven, I've been successful in seizing viable opportunities for the expansion and growth of Hatchet Tire Services Ltd. I utilize independent problem solving skills and judgment to positively impact my company's success. Goal orientation, and adhering to strict deadlines within stressful situations has helped to grow and maintain my very loyal customer base.
