Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Working 12-hour shifts on a 2-week continental rotation in an assigned GardaWorld Marked vehicle, I was the team lead for the mobile division, as well as the Field supervisor for all site guards and site supervisors filling static positions around Ottawa, ON
In addition to conducting patrols, being assigned to special-details (Political events, close protection, etc...), providing backup and reinforcements for any other units, and liaising with Law-enforcement, I would respond to and assign alarms to members of the team based on their location. Moreover, as the field-supervisor I would regularly complete inspections on many guards and sites, assessing employee performance and compliance with regulations and policies.
Through this position, I have used, worn, and carried safety equipment such as Handcuffs, Batons, and Ballistics vests

The Gardaworld mobile division in Ottawa (National Capital region) has a jurisdiction ranging from Kingston, ON., to Pembroke, ON.
Responsible for conducting patrols, surveillance of sites, emergency alarm response, ticket enforcement, protection services, and other security functions, the Mobile team acts as a "catch all" for GardaWorld security services.
