Currently work in a management position within the world's largest snow school, based in British columbia. A British citizen currently residing in Canada. - Developed and maintained staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business times and adjusting staffing levels based on forecasted demand to optimize resources utilization.

- Oversee all aspects of payroll processing for 150+ employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment on a bi-weekly basis.

- Delivering realistic timescale for job completion, both for company management, and the client.
