I'm hardworking and a reliable employee with a background in operating cash registers, stocking merchandise and providing customer service. Works well within team settings.
Often times I would have to be the lead hand in the pastry department meaning I would be in charge for the entire shift and I would do all paperwork before, during and after shift. I would manage my workers, I would give them their brakes, tell them what we should be doing, what we’re making, figure out changeovers and do many math problems to calculate what kind of pastry to make for the next run of operation.
However, my main job was the backup lead hand, which means I would be the assistant to the lead hand, so I would still have all the same jobs to do except I’m in the second position.
