I am an eager teenager looking for my first job. Recently, I took a full quarter of FOOD PREP 10-3, which I thoroughly enjoyed. This class taught me a great deal about preparing meals and snacks that sold in the school cafeteria. I also learned
about the day to day operations that are required to take place in a commercial foods environment.
