I assisted the Assistant Director of Intervention Prevention and Support Services with providing those experiencing homelessness resources to obtain jobs, housing, physical and mental health services as well as other community resources. I assisted with creating files for new clients, filing necessary documents in doing so while maintaining client confidentiality. I assisted other employees for different tasks including separating and organizing inventory for clients, and setting up certain events/presentations.
