- At Sports Basement, my current responsibilities vary from shift to shift. On the days I work at Ski and Ride, I help customers find the best resources for everything related to the sport and educate them on the latest technologies in ski and snowboard gear. I also have the responsibility of correctly fitting customers into ski and board boots and assisting them in determining whether any alterations are necessary. Working one-on-one with customers to assist them select the right skis and boots for their needs makes up a large portion of my Job.

- I received three promotions during my year at Americas Tire: Tire Technician, Crew Chief, and Service Coordinator. In my final month, I was undergoing training to become a sales apprentice. As the service coordinator, it was my responsibility to oversee a group of three individuals in a cell with two hydraulic car lifts in order to promptly and effectively service the vehicle at hand. I would discuss any needs or worries consumers may have concerning their cars with them and share information with my team. Driving customers cars into the lifts safely and ensuring that my staff was using the right method. Also helping customers over the phone about their vehicles status or if they had any concerns about the finished service of there vehicle.
- Reason for leaving: Americas Tire was an amazing place to work and I am grateful for my old managers and co workers. I had just graduated from Amador Valley High School and I wanted something different and work somewhere I was Actually interested in and something I could really engage in.
