- As a student-athlete mentor, I support first year student-athletes in navigating the unique challenges of balancing academics and athletics. Through one on one mentorship, I help guide them through their transition into university life, offering advice, encouragement, and practical strategies for success. I also develop and lead workshops throughout the semester on key topics such as time management, athletic performance, academic preparation, mental well being, etc.
