Sport Management:

  • League Management: Managed 5-6 of the ESSC's largest leagues per season, overseeing over 400 teams quarterly; processed team, group, and individual registrations; built teams from individual/group registrants; communicated league updates to players and registrants; recruited for pre-season and regular season; processed and updated scores and standings; followed up on score discrepancies; addressed player concerns regarding their leagues; communicated with teams and game staff about absences and cancellations.
  • Content Updating (Website): Publishing/updating regular & playoff season schedules; proofing mid-season schedule changes; updating league information throughout the year; and more.
  • Internal/External Communication: Maintaining effective communication between both the Edmonton and Calgary office; maintaining consistent communication with external clients, daily.

Revenue Management:

  • Responsible for managing any/all revenue coming into & out of the Club & communicating any updates with our accountant; responsible for handling all bank deposits, in-office cash; and more.
  • Debit Terminal Reports: Responsible for managing large budgets, and completing daily debit terminal audit reports.
  • Budget Managing: Managed several large budgets throughout the year, and more.

Receipts & Expenses

  • Audited all business receipts, and managed expense tracking through Sharepoint, ensuring timely and organized documentation.
  • Staff Expenses: Audited and submitted all staff expense forms monthly.

  • Coordinated all donation and auction requests with external partners to support community engagement.
