In order to eliminate the allowance from BloodVein,MB and Cross Lake,MB locations, the allowance was to decrease by $100 per month until the amount reached $0. The phoenix pay system was not programmed to do this automatically, therefore I was responsible to create cases for all employees in the nurse classification in the mentioned locations, review their accounts for changes, calculate the entitled allowance, submit the payment and process the case. A new case was to be created for all individuals every 2 weeks.
