• Provide training direction, encouragement and motivation to adults and children.
• Oversee the daily operations of the gym, managing member services, class scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for staff and members.
• Serve as a coaching organizer, leader, instructor and administrative support to others.

• Within the vision and values of the organization provided clinical education services including coaching/mentoring, staff development, planning, implementing and evaluating of clinical education programs using advanced theory and knowledge of content area and teaching and learning principles and processes.
• As a former member of the long term care interdisciplinary team participated in strategic planning and assisted in achieving team goals.
• Utilized & evaluated existing VCH Long term care policies related to person centered care services to recommend changes or identify deficiencies.

Employed part-time regionally supporting LTC homes in Squamish, Sechelt, Powell River, North and West Vancouver.
