First Response Member with Emergency Response: Syncrude 

Elected Safety Commitee Member: Syncrude Conducted and coordinated monthly safety meetings with all areas to discuss safety concerns, issues and required procedure changes. 

External Wage Team: Imperial Oil Collaborated with upper management and the human resources department. Analyzed data from the Mercer Survey, a survey completed by several comparable companies, to determine employee wage rates with a goal to be in the 75th percentile of top companies. 

Joint Industrial Council: Imperial Oil Elected Delegate - Committed to working together with management in an open and honest dialogue on any subject of importance to the employee or the company.
