Summary

As an Early Childhood Special Education teacher supporting students with disabilities and their individualized academic needs is something I strive for. I believe that in crafting and implementing driven-purpose lesson plans that build foundations towards academic learning success will support student’s abilities to grow in all developmental areas. I firmly believe in collaboration and individualized supports in place will nurture students in any setting. I also demonstrate case management skills, being part of an initial IEP assessment team, developing IEP’s, and facilitating initial, annual, and transition IEPs.
