• Case Manager
• Initiate contact with parent to schedule assessment and initiate IEP process

Preschool Comprehensive Classroom (PSC)

• Serve and support students with different disabilities in a moderate to severe setting
• Collaborate with parents, classroom staff, and service providers to develop appropriate individualized strategies to help meet student goals

• Serve and support students with disabilities and English Language Learners in a mild to moderate setting
• Implement and craft lessons using the Creative Curriculum and modify curriculum to meet individualized needs and academic level of performance
• Instruct and facilitate lessons aligned to the Preschool Learning Foundation in whole group, small group, and one-to-one settings
• Develop Individualized Education Programs for each student based on current goal progress with collaboration of families, classroom team, and service providers using Welligent Platform
• Update Individualized goal progress throughout the school year to ensure students are making progress
• Maintain consistent and timely contact with families about classroom activities, events, and conferences using various means of communication (Class Dojo, school website, phone call, email)
• Collaborate with General Education teachers to maximize and provide students with inclusion opportunities tailored to individualized needs
• Plan, organize, and assign assignments that are specific to individual student abilities with classroom team and establish weekly notes tailored to student academic growth

• Assist and support teachers on implementing lesson plans to students in whole group, small group, or on-to-one setting in various special education classrooms (Preschool-6th)
• Assist and support teachers in working with students that demonstrate challenging behaviors by implementing positive behavior strategies reflected in Individualized Education Plan
• Assist by carrying out positive reinforcement procedures and strategies through prompting, functional replacement behavior during school day
