Accomplishments

During Covid19 our clinic was unable to take on new patients due to lockdown. By the time we re-opened services our program had 300 patients that were on the waiting list. I completed the waitlist by contacting each individual. Contact was made via telephone and then a follow up email. Contacting the patient included informing them of the registration process, booking appointments, making notes in their charts and entering the information on an EXCEL spreadsheet so that management could generate waiting time reports between assessment appointments with therapists to physician appointments. To my manager's surprise, I was able to finish this task within 3 months while continuing to do my daily tasks.
