Summary

I am a passionate Associate Marriage and Family therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group environments. I believe in a holistic view of mental health care that considered the mind, body, and spirit of the individual. With this philosophy I focus on working in the here and now, through a Gestalt lens, and bringing in sensorimotor interventions. My hope is to continue developing as a counselor by gaining experience in working with a variety of populations and gaining certifications in trauma informed interventions.
