  • Oversee allocation flow from warehouse to stores, ensure stores are properly stocked according to their forecasts, current inventory and capacities to reach their financial goals (95 stores) ; Create Omni-Channel strategies to balance inventory needs based on demand variations and ship from stores results and objectives. Following target KPIs for optimal sales in Store and E-commerce.
  • Partner and collaborate with key decision makers within the brand on all aspects of business. Engage in weekly business review meetings with brand CEO and major leaders from Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Visual, Buying, Operations and Retail Directors, based on current results and future objectives.
  • Establish weekly commercial strategy based on sale, product performance and forecasts for each market; Preparation of the various sales peaks or events based on forecasts, sale objectives and inventory
  • Develop Analytics Dashboard reporting by category, SKU and channel, based on selling data, customer analytics profiles, category classification , market and store capacities
