Project - Northbridge | Team -Underwriting Delivery

• Working as an Onsite Policy admin lead for UWDT project . Leading a team of 10 people .
• Involved in client communication , Release planning , work allocation , development,guidance and Review activity , Team management , resolving urgent issues , managing monthly release , Delivery to production .
• Manage different environments - Staging , Training , QA , UAT, Hotfix, Prod etc
• Enhanced overall performance of the system by a significant magnitude. Worked on remediation of various MS Cop categories spread across different Duckcreek modules such as Rating, Pages, Transact,Claims.

Project - Northbridge | Team - Decommissioning

• Worked as onsite policy admin lead of decommissioning project .
• Involved in end to end SDLC planning and coordination with other teams
• Worked on Dummy policy module and claims integration module to accommodate decommissioning of legacy policy admin system and Claims system
• Directly engaged with DC product team and solution architects for solutioning and structure finalization .

Project -Northbridge | Team - Underwriting transformation (Garage Implementation )

• Worked as onsite lead of new LOB implementation ( Garage )
• Involved in project planning , structure finalization , implementation approach , execution , development , coding , review , UAT and production deployment of the new LOB .
• Resolving high priority issues .
• Maintaining detailed design, functional specifications , and unit test case documents

Project - Northbridge | Team - DC refactoring & Mid market Extension

• Worked as a Senior software developer .
• Worked on major functionalities like Rating messages implementation , additional other interest , year end adjustments, manuscript restructuring , workflow restructuring etc
• Helped team with technical issues / challenges .
• Trained new joiners to bring them up to speed for project deliverables

Project - Utica | Team - Commercial Lines

• Understanding and implementing business requirement
• Worked on Error and omission system using third party rating and Commercial lines application .
• Worked on new enhancements and coverage implementations , test plan creation , execution etc
• Worked on VIN Verification , downstream reporting , data reconciliation , ID cards generation (forms) , batch processing .
