Project Highlight:

1.Client-Amazon Brand Registry

Project Purpose: Verifying individuals/companies owning Trademarks for Amazon Market Place, Amazon team facing bad actors taking over Brands that they don't own & Global Trademark/Patent offices (starting with US) starting to use formal verification - this is driving need to align to similar processes.

My Input: facilitating the agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to keep the team aligned and focused on delivering value. I also worked closely with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that we were always working on the most valuable features first. implemented automated testing pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Selenium to ensure the quality of our software throughout the development lifecycle. This allowed us to deliver new features to the Amazon team at a rapid pace while maintaining high levels of reliability and scalability. We utilized Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host our application, taking advantage of services like Amazon S3 for data storage and Amazon EC2 for computer resources. By leveraging the cloud, we were able to adapt to changing requirements and scale our infrastructure on-demand, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness. Spearheaded initiatives to streamline our development processes, such as implementing Kanban boards for visualizing workflow and conducting regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement Amazon Brand Registry project, we integrated our document verification solution with existing Amazon systems, such as Seller Central and Brand Registry APIs.
