The BSF cortex management system involves using an software named cortex for various functionalities under card management such as card creation with CIF ID as primary and secondary cards and supplementary cards , card printing ,tracking details on the card status example lost/stolen card ,dormant card etc ,card replacement ,PIN management for cards ,calculating fees for example annual fees ,late payment etc it also deals with various tiers of cards such as gold ,platinum,halal card etc and also interest calculations and statement generation and fees waiver functionalities at the end of each cycle

Roles & Responsibility:

• Analyzing and Understanding user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identifying the test scenarios that need to be automated.
• Prepared and executed Test Cases as per BRD and User Stories.
• Performing request and response validation for API testing in Postman for both Rest API and GrapQL
• Prepared feature scenarios and automation scripts in Selenium with Cucumber.
• Implemented automation frameworks like POM, TestNG and Executed and debug test scripts.
• Performed defect tracking and management in JIRA
• Maintaining all our code in GIT repository
• Track Bug Report to its closure. Logging Defects in Defect tracking tool for failed scenario &
  retesting it on Previous build.

• Involved in identifying the E2E scenarios, impact analysis and root cause analysis
• Understanding the Business Requirement Specifications.
• Preparing manual and automation test cases based on the requirements.
• Verifying Test Environment, Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements
• After Designing Test Cases, Execution of the test cases and reporting the bugs. Performed defect
