In my role as a Web Team Lead at Resulta, I played a pivotal role in leading the Drupal 8 rebuild of their flagship website, oddsshark.com. Concurrently, I managed the development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Drupal 7 version during the rebuild phase. With the successful completion of the rebuild, I transitioned into a managerial position overseeing a team of developers dedicated to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the site. In this capacity, I foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating problem-solving sessions, conducting code reviews, and promoting effective teamwork and communication among team members.

Additionally, I serve as the primary liaison between the development team and various stakeholder groups, including commercial, product, SEO, devops, and business intelligence teams. In this product-facing role, I collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document changes and enhancements, and design A/B tests to optimize user experience and site performance. Moreover, I manage the creation, costing, and prioritization of JIRA tickets, oversee development and QA workflows, and coordinate sprints in alignment with Agile methodologies.

I spent nearly twelve years at REDspace, where I served as a developer for the majority of my tenure, transitioning into a Drupal developer role for ten years, and ultimately assuming the position of Drupal Team Lead for the last eight years. Throughout this period, I worked across various versions of Drupal, including Drupal 5, 6, 7, and 8, while spearheading the development of enterprise-level applications for esteemed clients such as Nova Scotia Power, Harper Collins, St. Mary's University, EPIX HD, UltraViolet, and Turner Broadcasting.

During my tenure as a Web Team Lead at REDspace, I led a team of Drupal developers and served as the primary point of contact for client engagements with Turner and Sony. In this capacity, I managed project costing, responded to RFPs, provided mentorship to team members, conducted code reviews, offered HR support, facilitated hiring initiatives and interviews, and ensured the timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality work.

Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain SportsDirect websites, including Covers.com, CoversExperts.com, and Wagerline.com, along with their associated products and SQL databases. Collaborate with Business Development to perform site upgrades and implement product enhancements. Develop and execute test scenarios in coordination with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and performance.
