  • Improved productivity from 80% to 90%, and reduced damaged costs cases by 10%.
  • Introduced Xtier to Operation associates, which helped us manage and seek for Lost and phantom cases. 'cases received but not shipped successfully' we were able to save cost by 4 % monthly of all missing product, and shipping them successfully to stores.
  • Build a team of 9 associates and successfully trained them in Dematic, Xtier, and WMS. We were able to do the research of all cases being received daily. We used these tools to track and find the cause of any missing cases, to help us improve our accountability by shipping every case we receive.
  • Promoted in 2011 to Shipping/inventory Supervisor and led a team of 20 associates.
