My prior employee engagement in manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, customer service, and health and wellness in the cruise line industry provides valuable soft skills, and a strong service orientation. My academic achievements in core HR courses have laid a solid foundation for my transition into the field of Human Resources. · Handle customer requests related to merchandise returns, exchange and warranties, record keeping of customer interaction, feedback and transaction details for future reference.
