The main objective is to provide the Toronto Police Department with a comprehensive report on key crime indicators. An analysis will provide essential insights into the complex dynamics of criminal activities over time. The main goal is to provide more security for such occasions when criminal record is high.

The purpose of this project is to develop a facial recognition system using CRI-AI Thermal cameras, which have a high Color Rendering Index to accurately display colors under artificial light. Facial recognition identifies individuals based on their facial features, and in this project, we will utilize thermal cameras to detect human faces by capturing the heat emitted from their bodies. Thermal images, which vary in pixel frequency from 0 to 1, capture unique heat signatures from blood vessels beneath the skin. According to Barclay (2013), these unique thermal facial signatures serve as biomarkers, allowing us to accurately classify individuals. This project aims to leverage these thermal images to create an effective facial recognition model.
