When I worked as a Senior House Officer in Iraq, my team and I were responsible for giving a presentation on the psychological impacts of war on Iraqi adolescents in the 91 annual celebrations of the Ministry of Health and Environment of Iraq, which involved a lot of work ahead of time. As a medical lead in my organization, I quickly assigned different tasks to members of my team, including giving the newest employee a chance to actually give the presentation. As well as assigning our medical specialists to present a word into each of the agreed-upon topics. The event was successful and the Ministry of Health asked our team to work on Ministry projects focusing on treating post-traumatic stress disorders in Iraqi teenagers.
During my shift, I found my colleague angry and rude. I decided to speak to him politely and keep the conversation calm and calm. Then we sat at a table and discussed, and I tried to find a common path between us and go over the cause to understand what was wrong so we could work on it and try to fix it together. I offered my assistance and explained how important it was to be calm and comfortable when dealing with patients to avoid harm that might affect their health. And the end, everything went well. I talked with him because I believe that the medical staff should work as a team.
