Technical Responsibilities:

• Primary tool: Primary tool: SailPoint(OneAccess), SQL Server Management Tool, PowerShell, Jira, DevOps, CyberArk, PING Directory and Active Directory.
• Onboarding applications to SailPoint using AD and Azure AD connectors
• Implementation and Administration of SailPoint for large population of users
• SailPoint deployment activities – Connector Configuration, Custom rule development, third party system integration
• RBAC (Role Based Access Control) Analysis and Implementation
• Creating Policies and Hard constraints
• Experience with JIRA for task and bug tracking
• Responsible for design and Implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Assist in updating (SailPoint IdentityIQ) workgroups
• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to the configuration of various identity management technologies.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Primary tool: Sailpoint, Active directory, Service now (ticketing tool).

• Providing access to roles and attributes through Active Directory as per user needs with required responsibilities.

• Updating user account status accordingly as per Organizational changes and structure.

• Enabling/Disabling of User AD and NES accounts.

• Establishing Connection for Secured Network (VPN) by RSA Token (Hard and Soft)

• Creation of New OU, Entitlements/Groups through Active Directory.

• Provisioning, de-provisioning, deletion. (Users, Service accounts, Groups )

• Creating Policies, Roles, certifications and aggregation tasks.

• Worked on LCM events and workflows.

• Onboarding Authoritative applications using delimited file connector

Technical Responsibilities:

• Primary tool: PBL, AIMS , RMS

• Manual Entitlement certification (Role back access control).

• Verifying and updating the entitlements as per the valid format (.CSV) post which the Admin team would import the file into Certification tools.

• Following up with the Admin team to confirm if the import was successful.
