  • Effectively obtained a high-purity solvents (99.9%) like methanol, acetone, toluene, pyridine, etc which are byproduct of a pharmaceutical manufacturing process by executing a meticulous distillation process. This involved employing a systematic methodology to adjust critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, time, and torque.
  • Achieved desired steam temperatures by introducing PID controllers for recovering the pyridine solvent having high B.P with negligible vapor loss.
  • I successfully achieved the target steam temperatures by implementing PID controllers in the solvent recovery process, specifically for the extraction of high boiling point pyridine solvent, while minimizing vapor loss. This accomplishment demonstrates my adeptness in applying advanced control strategies to optimize solvent recovery operations.
  • As a Process Engineer at Neuland Laboratories, I achieved the specified crystal size requirements mandated by our vendors and clients for a particular drug. This accomplishment was realized through a systematic approach involving rigorous and continuous experimentation across laboratory, pilot, and plant scales. Key variables manipulated during crystallization processes included dissolution temperatures, transfer speed of the clear solution to the crystallizer, cooling temperatures and duration, as well as torque adjustments of the agitator.
