• Field visited to do assessment services for capital planning and asset management to capture systems, requirements & cost estimation over the period of five years to more than 40 schools in Clark County District School Board including Junior, Middle and High schools.
• Provided details assessment reports for budget capital planning purposes and accurately estimated costs using RS-Means software & capturing asset systems in VFA.
• Created brand new complex Electro-Mechanical systems including sub-systems line items for accurate cost estimation. System include but not limited to Electrical Substation, Switchgear Assembly, Feeder, Main Switchboards, Distribution boards, Brach wiring, lighting fixtures, Fire Alarm system, CCTV, Security Intrusion System, Washroom Fixtures, Drainage System, Sewage System, Fire sprinkler System, HVAC Systems, Boilers, Heat-Pumps, Chillers, Cooling-Towers, Plumbing and Duct-Distribution Systems.
• Updated and maintained Clark County District School Board's(CCSD) database from time to time with renewal and non-renewal requirements. Approved funds worth millions of dollars from CCSD for upgrading electrical and mechanical equipment life cycle renewal.

British Columbia Ministry of Citizen Service (British Columbia - CANADA)

• Provided assessment service to BC Provincial Court, Police Station, Adult Detention Center, Youth Dentation Center, Detox Center, BC Ministry of Health Service, Library and Royal BC Museum.
• Liaised with CBRE & Ministry of BC Citizen Service Management to accurately capture the system system database and provided recommendations and exact estimations for code-related issues.
• Provided Cost estimation for optimizing energy-efficient improvements including renewable energy like solar, geothermal wells, heat pumps, EV-charging stations and LED fixture upgrades.
• Got approval for electrical upgrades for the historic Royal BC Museum that was published in major Canadian newspaper in 2022.

• Provided support/technical expertise to HVAC contractors & manufacturers representatives, including boiler selection/sizing, piping design, mechanical room design, combustion air requirements, venting sizing, hydronics systems design, centrifugal pump sizing & building management system(Bacnet & Lonworks) based on ASME, ASHRAE & NEC code.
• Collaborated with the Director of Engineering to develop the pandemic & post-pandemic strategies that curtailed the production time by 40hours /day(5 hours per manufacturing line for eight lines) and scaled the production capacity by 300%.
• Developed in-depth training manuals for eight manufacturing production lines of RBI-Mestek for a brand new testing team(part of COVID-19 survival strategies) using lean six sigma; manufacturing expertise, knowledge & observations, reduced the 4-months of training time into two weeks. (as per RBI's standards).
• Managed, trained & led a testing team of 3 members(Gas fitter licensed individuals) for eight different manufacturing lines, resulting in an excellent outcome of 5 million USD in revenue last month(July-2022)alone(3 months of income in a single month).

• Designed RBI training laboratory and testing facilities in manufacturing plant three new production lines. The design includes natural & propane gas line sizing, developed multi-voltage electrical power source, hydronics system design( Primary/Secondary & parallel piping scheme), sizing exhaust vent & design(CAT-1,2, 3&4)based on ASHRAE, ASME & National electrical code.
• Regularly troubleshoot & solve advanced to complex electrical, mechanical, software & IT issues(Commercial HVAC units) related to 8 production manufacturing lines of RBI, ensuring seamless operation of production units.
• Receive technical calls for RBI & Advance thermal Hydronics(Another US-based HVAC company) across Canada, USA & Mexico; provide real-time technical solutions to licensed HVAC technicians.
• Regularly visit job sites across Ontario, assisting contractors, engineers & technicians after sales/commissioning technical problems & warranty issues,
• Organize nationwide training programs as a lead trainer; participants (Contractors, Technicians & Engineers) from across Canada & USA.
