  • Supporting the team in the areas of HR and Operations, including office management.
  • Support recruitment and hiring processes by circulating job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, responding to candidates, and helping to continuously improve processes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities such as coordinating equipment and documentation needs, improving processes to be more interactive, and helping to integrate new hires
