• Optimized the residents experience in a Dementia facility by administering care and treatment as per policies and procedures. Assisted with medication administration, catheter care, wound care, dressing, bathing, feeding and exercises and recreation programs.

• Monitored the patients over all health and wellness by documenting any clinical health changes in the care plan as per policies and procedures.

• Assisted with meal preparation, laundry and commercial floor cleaning at the facility.
