I oversaw a planning team of 20 OPP employees, delegating responsibilities and ensuring seamless coordination across all event components. In addition, I recruited and organized a team of fifteen volunteers from Lakehead University to support the day-of coordination at Casino Rama, helping to ensure the event ran smoothly. I collaborated with internal departments and external partners to manage planning, secure keynote speakers and entertainment, and oversee promotional and communications strategies. The event not only highlighted the OPP’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion but also fostered stronger relationships within the organization and with community partners.
