1. Approach potential investors by:

• Contact VC fund investors in US by emails and phone calls to get connections
• Collect potential investors’ inquiries and pass them to management team
• Provide potential investors with information on existing fund performance, investment strategies and market analysis, etc.
• Set up meetings for potential investors and management team

2. Maintain relationships with existing investors and potential investors by:

• Send quarterly updates by emails
• Work with Director of Investment Relations to arrange roadshows, Annual General Meeting and other investor events

3. Maintain the investor database

• Keep communication records
• Provide timely updates on fund raising progress, milestones and issues

Major achievements: assisted raising Blue Lake Capital Fund III and Blue Lake Capital Fund IV over US$ 400m.

• Meeting with mutual fund investment managers and analysts to understand their investment strategies and find investment opportunities
• Meeting with fixed-income and alternative investment teams to exchange financial information and investment opinions to stay up-to-date about market situation
• Use complex financial models to project future earnings and profit potential as well as the risk level
• Use the asset management allocation tool to mitigate potential risks
• Monitor daily NAV (net asset value) and weekly performance of 21 FoF investment funds including 5 stock funds, 5 mixed funds, 5 bond funds and 6 money market funds. The total AUM (asset under management ) is above Rmb1bn (CAD$192m)
• Make investment decisions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Make investment proposal to the Director of Asset Management Department, CFO and CEO if single investment transaction amount exceeds Rmb10m

3. Review and Reports

• Make monthly FoF fund performance reports with investment reviews and prospectives to the company management team
• Make quarterly investment report to shareholders

4. Product and Service

• Meet individual clients to explain market situation and FoF investment performance and strategies
• Introduce investment products according to individual clients’ risk appetite and investment objectives
• Attend roadshows to assist the sales department for product promotions

Major achievements: The Pioneer stock fund FoF and bond fund FoF Morningstar ranked top15 and top 20 in China market among more than 150 FoFs of each category in 2014 and 2015.

• Assist nvestment manager in making investment decisions
• Meetings with mutual fund managers and analysts
• Develop investment strategies and monitor daily market and performance of portfolios
• Analyze data and market trends to identify investment opportunities
• Build investment quantitative model to allocation investment assets and estimate risks
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management

• Monitor and collect daily market information and investment funds’ performance
• Perform researches and make analyzes reports on stocks, bonds, currencies and competitors’ investment funds
• Meetings with industry analysts to get insights on individual industry
• Build and maintain industry and investment fund database
• Update and analyze on government macro economy policy

• Assist to create market campaigns, events and meetings
• Direct inquiries to the sales managers
• Maintain sales management software
• Act as on-site contact with media
• Provide administrative support to sales and marketing team on a daily basis
