Accomplishments
As a member of Scarborough Health Network's (SHN) medical team who has been consistently recognized for delivering exceptional patient care- from direct words of appreciation by the Nursing Resource Team Clinical Practice Leader, I became one of the faces of the hospitals "With Gratitude" program. This program gives patients and families the opportunity to express their appreciation for HCP and their care through kind words and donations that support the foundation. As a result, a professional photo was published in a number of different assets, including promotional posters, brochures, SHN website, and elevator wraps to promote the program internally across all three hospital sites.
