  • After working 5 year in Tuscan Valley project as Customer Care Manager, I was appointed to position of facility manager.
  • I was responsible for fallowing;

-Ensuring the operation of the site in accordance with the condominium law and management plan.
-Preparation and distribution of the budget.
-Making annual planning, preparing and presenting the general assembly and following up the subsequent processes.
-Tracking of purchases.
-Ensuring the control and management of sub-units such accounting, Landscaping, Cleaning, Social Facility, Restaurant, Technical Service, personnel affairs and Sports Management,
control of managers of units.
Organizing events for special days.

  • Tuscan Valley is the first project of Emaar Properties in Turkey. I have been worked here between January 2013 and 2018 as
    Customer Care Executive in this project. There are 480 independent units as Villas.
  • I was responsible with Handover process of this deluxe units to the new owner. Most of our house owners are from gulf countries and well-known families. There are also 2-5-10 years warranty issues with these houses. It was my task to take requested works,evaluate them under this warranties and finalize the problem with my technic team. I was also reporting for this issues to Emaar Center in Dubai
    There were also some other responsibilities such as, preparing this units before owner comes( activating house
    systems, cleaning services, transfer services etc)
    I was also organizing some social activities to keep the life active such as, barbecue parties, grape vintage, speacial
    basketball, tennis, swimming etc lessons, Thema nights in main restaurant etc.
    I was also fallowing some invoices of the houses for Vip customer.
