  • Responsible for day to day maintenance operation of a 2,000,000 square foot complex
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance tasks for the shift as per assigned using building preventative maintenance system.
  • Work closely with maintenance mechanic for plumbing and mechanic issues
  • Acknowledge receipt of all tenant requests for service and respond to all such requests within 15 minutes after receiving the request.
