Diagnose, Install, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and water drainage systems
Assembles, installs and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes
Studies building plans and working drawings to determine required work tools and equipment, and sequence of installation
Uses hand and power tools to cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
Uses a pipe cutter and pipe-threading machine to cut and thread pipes
Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures, sinks, commodes, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, and water softeners
Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers, mending leaking pipes, and opening clogged drains
Maintains pool equipment including sand filters, pumps, accessory equipment, chemical feed pumps, tubing and control system
Assembles, installs, maintains and repairs pipes, fittings, insulation, valves and associated items for HVAC hot and chilled water piping systems including welding as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Nspects structures to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening the structure resulting from pipe installation
Locates and marks pipe and connection position and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors using tape measure, spirit level, and plumb bob
Got 3 mounts Plumbing apprenticeship program and one year worked in Dushanbe Tajikistan
Got three months theory and practice plumbing training from the ministry of work with foreign citizens Dushanbe Tajikistan
Perform regular inspections of pipes and plumbing fixtures
Develop a layout of a plumbing system in a new building or during a home renovation project
Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes made from metals or non-metals
Joins pipe using screws, bolts, flanges, fittings, solder or plastic solvent
Fills pipe systems with water or air and reads pressure gauges to ensure system is not leaking
Measure, cut and assemble PVC and copper tubing and fittings, including brazing, soldering and welding copper/copper, copper/brass, copper/steel, steel/steel, etc
Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers, mending leaking pipes, and opening clogged drains
Assemble and install valves, fittings, pipes, fixtures and other related equipments
Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipments, piping and controls.
