To be able to connect with a team where I can share my experiences in client service, writing techniques, basic management skills, and professionalism.
Meanwhile, I would love to learn the knowledge and culture that the
team has to offer.
I am familiar with working in a fast-paced environment and coming from a multicultural background, I have broken down many biases and systemic barriers in my interpersonal relationships.
For this position, I was able to provide a positive movie going experience through alternating between interacting and serving customers whilst on concession duties, and scanning tickets and making sure the theatre was clean whilst on floor duties.
Amidst all this, I was also be able to teach new employees understand how to manage certain tasks in either concession or floor.
This was a volunteer opportunity where I got to do promotional work for the films of the 2020 Vancouver Short Film Festival.
A sample of my work can be found here:

For this position, I would alternate between interacting with customers through the phone as well as through face-to-face interaction, and I would also train new employees to be able to handle managing customer both in-person and through the phone.
When shift would become busy however, I would also alternate between working on the makeline preparing pizzas and side dishes, as well as tending the oven where I would make sure the pizzas and side dishes were packaged and ready to go.
My experience with 99.3 The Drive was a month-long internship that was required as a final requirement for graduation from BCIT.
As part of this internship, I would work on daily voice tracks on Monday - Fridays for the station during the 6pm - 10pm shift when no on-air personalities were live. I would also be involved in sorting out music files for both 99.3 The Drive, and the next-door station, 101.3 The River.
Here is a demo of the voice work I did for 99.3 The Drive:

This was a volunteer experience that I was able to partake in, where I would film games for the Vancouver NE Chiefs for live broadcast with a provided camera and tripod.
