• Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical and electronic Systems using an Electronic multimeter, test lights, test probes, and connector repair kit to fix wiring circuits. Systems included an alternator, lighting system, Body control system, ABS, EPS, TCM, RFH, ESL, FFCM, audio system, IPC, CAN-BUS system, powertrain system, SRS airbag system, GPS and navigation system using dealer- software and scan tool.
• Performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues. Additionally, used a stethoscope and chassis ear to address squeaking and creaking noises from suspension and other components.
• Create a job card and schematic diagram by using the workshop manual, technical hotline, and TSB information
• Perform a road test to identify any humming, whining, body noise, vibration, and suspension noise.
• Diagnose and repair engine noise, misfiring, low power, overheating, oil leaking, etc.
• Perfume diagnosis and repair services for automatic and manual transmission problems, such as gear shifting issues, vibrations, noise, valve body-oil pump problems, clutch, and oil leaks.
• Perform a multipoint inspection to estimate worn-out and damaged parts such as bushes, boots, oil seals, pulleys, belts, brakes, suspension, coolant, and oil condition. Also, inspect and estimate required parts for accident vehicles.
• Perform periodic maintenance according to the service manual.
• Diagnose and repair steering wheel vibration and noise and address hard-to-turn EPS and hydraulic steering issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hydraulic and mechanical brakes, including ABS module failure, spongy and hard brake pedal faults, and brake pedal vibration etc.
• As per the service manual and workshop instructions, follow the safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
