· Follow up 50 plus trouble tickets daily related to the Data network and Access Transmission.
· Create/assign/update/close trouble tickets by using HP service manager related to the customer issues such as Internet coverage, signal issue, DC systems, site outage and hardware faults.
· Respond to active alarms and dispatch the team to attend the site within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
· Prepare technical reports and analysis to the management including RCA of site outage, repeated TTs, pending and open TTs.
· Installation, configuration and maintaining server and workstations related to the Tellabs 8100 system. Creating and testing end to end circuits.
· Supervise for Laying, termination and testing of CAT 5, CAT 6, Fiber optics and making crossover and straight cable including the crimping of RJ-45/RJ-11 connectors.
· Manage staff to carry out 24/7 divided into working shifts, managing and monitoring all faults through Network Management System (Nokia Alarm Suit, iMaster2000, HPSM and Citrix )
· In depth knowledge of routing protocols RIP, EIGRP, OSPF.
· In depth of Network protocols TCP-UDP, DHCP, DNS, STP, including concepts of data communication
knowledge of OSI Model, ipv4/ipv6 addresses, subnetting, ether-channel and NAT.
· Dismantling and relocating the equipment as per requirement of the customer needs.
