• Overseeing Maintenance operations of 22 acre residential and commercial property comprising of four high rise towers, low-rise apartments, town houses and commercial setup.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures for optimum performance of Mechanical and electrical equipment, HVAC , Elevators, Generators and boilers plant.
• Training of staff on safety and wellness program, ensuring following procedures and guidelines of worksafe BC for remediation of Asbestos, Lead and other hazard material during working with old dry wall and painting.
