  • Key Accomplishments at Unique:
  • 2017 - Moved to newer facility in Brampton and handled logistics effectively with support of team which led to smooth transition with respect to facility layout, racking projects and proper relocation
  • Receiving & Shipping sortation were re-designed
  • Purchased new material handling equipment (Raymond Reach trucks, Order Pickers, Turret Trucks in accordance with new layout)
  • Effectively negotiated with different suppliers
  • In 2019 handled the Helium Tanks Project in terms of space, layout, drawings & design until final implementation which increased sales by 35% per year
  • Effectively designed new conveyor sortation system's layout and had large part in its implementation
  • Developed, streamlined, finalized an implementation for the co.'s website where the QA Alerts, Safety Data Sheets, SOPs', & major procedures for various assemblies and BOMs for easy access
