• Created a Business case for the system to be built.
• Drew AS IS and TO BE process map.
• Performed Stakeholder Analysis involved in the project.
• Did RACI Matrix to identify the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder involved in the project.
• Worked with other Business Analysts during this project. We had three sprints with no spillover.
• Had sprint planning meetings, daily scrum meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings with other scrum teams on the project.
• Utilized Microsoft Powerpoint to create and present during the final presentation.

In addition to some of my Business Analyst duties;

• Led Scrum team and reinforced scrum values
• Moderated scrum events such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, etc.
• Identified risks before becoming an impediment.
• Removed impediments hindering the continuity of work.
• Strived to ensure tasks in the sprint backlog were completed at the end of each sprint.
• Created Burndown charts during every sprint.
• Performed gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.

• Wrote Business requirement document (BRD).

• Broke down user stories and Acceptance Criteria in sprint backlog.
• Liaised with other team members throughout the System development life cycle.
