I really got interested in public health dentistry when I realized how oral health connects to overall well-being. Going to health camps and working as a medical officer during the COVID-19 pandemic made me love this field even more. At the camps, I saw how preventive dental care could really help people and communities. During the pandemic, I learned how important it is for public health professionals to manage crises and provide healthcare. Now, helping communities with their health needs has become more than just a job for me – it's something I feel really passionate about my future in this career.
