Having a range of experience from working in post , VFX, editorial and on set in wardrobe / SPFX , SPFX rigging and assisting in technical departments I believe I have a good over view of pipelines and applications from in studio to on set requirements.
-Creating connections with production management, artists and supervisors to ensure a balanced and communicated space for work to be achieved
-Making sure deadlines are met or flagged appropriately
-Reporting to LP and or Producer in regards to various different aspects of film management and status updates -Updating Shotgrid accordingly in regards to task status's, PC notes / FLAGS, creating tasks, assigning tasks, closing tasks, updating the SG schedule dependent on down and upstream departments and targets
-Running rounds, taking notes and exporting notes within rounds / updating task status as needed / Bringing any FLAGS within these rounds to attention with the correct person of staff
-Taking and exporting notes in VFX supe dailies and other important meetings
-Requesting scheduling of meetings via the PA / Providing adequate times and schedule management suggestions amongst the Production management, VFX supes, DEPT supes etc
-Tracking, seeking approval and mediating OT done by artists
