Management of the maintenance of the building such as the plumbing, HVAC, lighting and fire system, making sure they meet all the requirements and safety standards that by law were required, that will bring a sustainable and lasting life to the building ensuring the safety of this one and the employees, will also be controlling and requesting the supplies and budget that was assigned to us.

In charge of the management for the cleaning department, as well as for the gardening department, handling the schedule off the receptionist and drivers service of the company held in Mexico City as to in other of the two complexes of the company located in Puebla and Tampico. Engineer a proper maintenance for the good operational integrity of the building, as well as for its air conditioning systems, and electrical ensuring its functionality and safeness.

Had the chance to manage two offices of the company being one of them in Costa Rica and the other one in Mexico City, worked directly with both offices making sure their proper functioning, providing the maintenance of the HVAC, fireproof systems, building access, involving also in coordinating office staff, deadlines, budgets, blueprints complying with the regulations requested.

Opening of new offices where I was in charge of the entire architectural project, from blueprints to construction supervision.

Reported all user movements for the HP international team using floor plans (CAD) for assigning one or more additional openings, population controls records, work tracking and LOG Files that reflected that employed turn over.

Job oriented to create drawings and models for a many projects, in 3D to 2D drawings, incorporating changes from the engineers and architects from residential, commercial and industrial schemes, development of CAD Drawings from sketches, blueprints, photographs having a regular communication with other departments not to miss any details on the designs prevailing the accuracy of this ones.
