With over a decade of experience navigating the intricate world of logistics and procurement, I’ve seen how strategic planning can transform operations. My journey began with helping to establish manufacturing plants where I learned the ropes of supply chain management. Today, as I drive efficiency in logistics operations at Heineken, I’m fueled by a passion for making a tangible impact on the way products reach consumers.

In my current role as Planning & Procurement Manager at Nigerian Breweries Plc, I've optimized demand planning accuracy by 20%, significantly reducing stockouts while ensuring seamless supply continuity. Negotiating supplier contracts has also been rewarding; I achieved up to 15% cost savings without compromising quality or lead times. These experiences have solidified my belief that effective supply chain strategies can lead to substantial cost reductions while enhancing service levels.

Before this role, I spent over four years at HEINEKEN Beverages managing demand and supply plans that align procurement with production needs. Monitoring market trends allowed me to improve forecast accuracy significantly. One of my proudest achievements was balancing inventory levels to minimize shortages and excesses—an essential aspect of maintaining operational efficiency.

I also had the opportunity to serve as an International Partner for Nigeria with the WBAF Angel Investment Fund.
