• Support Research/Portfolio Management/Trading applications for Equity and High-Income domains.
• Provide daily KTLO support for application and batch. Participate in weekly/weekend oncall as per roster.
• Implement monitoring solutions using various monitoring applications that drive to improve performance and reliability of applications used by portfolio managers and research analysts within the organization.
• Analyze incidents and work in reducing them continuously by finding scope of automation through various solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering, upstream teams, consumers and other L2/L3 teams to migrate applications to cloud. Follow DevOps model for all code deployment, testing and release.
• Worked with Agile practices using CI/CD pipelines, with Jenkins (Continuous Integration), ETL framework.
• Lead projects and org level initiatives, take ownership and accountability of complex problems escalated by team members. Mentor/help team/new joiners as well as peers.
• Promptly escalate issues which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond the scope of influence. Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents within SLA and tracking them to prevent reoccurrences.
• Attend weekly calls with US counterparts to provide detailed status reports to on-site tech leads.
• Provide EOD/SOD daily check reports across all locations – Hong Kong, London and US.
• Act as scrum master for the team and facilitate all the Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, Retrospection) and ensure correct adoption.
• Hands-on experience in JIRA metrics and Creating boards, writing, and managing the stories.

• Tools administrator – Design, develop, support, and maintain entire monitoring/scheduling tools suite used by Asset Management Business Unit to monitor/automate infrastructure and services.
• Provide technical expertise in designing and deploying hybrid Monitoring using Microfocus suite – HP Sitescope, HP Business Management, HP Network Node Manager i.
• Design, Develop and Implement Automated solutions for various business needs & for critical financial applications - HP Operations Orchestration.
• Experience working with and supporting CA Technologies Workload Automation AE in both UNIX and Windows environments. Extensive knowledge of Job Information Language (JIL) and capabilities to recommend suggestions that will comply with internal standards and CA best practices.
• Provide L3 support to users/customers. Troubleshoot critical issues and implement solutions for issue resolution. Actively work with vendor to open cases and follow up with support to resolve issues on time.
• Adopt Agile methodologies and manage Projects/Issues in JIRA application, constant backlog maintenance, good user story development, planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Work extensively on Incident/Change/Problem management, post-mortems, and RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) with clear next steps, action items, and follow-up.
• Lead the team as a scrum master and help adopt Agile methodologies and manage Projects/Issues in JIRA application; prepare dashboards and reports.
• Constant backlog maintenance, good user story development, planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Implementation, configuration and maintenance of Microfocus suite - HP Business Management Sitescope/UCMDB/HP Operations Manager Solutions, End User Monitoring using Business Process Monitor (BPM) for GNOC (Global Network Operation Center), HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Direct Involvement with customer’s executive regarding the overall delivery of the HP products.
• Work on creating the requirement documents based on the Client requirements and design the architecture with the implementation team.
• Implement & integrate different HP tools, also third-party tools and assist & help the team achieve the deliverables.
• Extensively work with HP/MF Support to resolve critical issues, open cases and follow up in a timely manner.
• Creating and Reviewing Knowledge based articles for the customer. Create Design, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Data Gathering and User Acceptance Testing
• Worked closely with HP development team to enhance and build new features within the tools to accommodate business needs as per clients/customers.
