 Performing the organization's internal audit as per 19011:2018 guidelines, identifying gaps, non conformities and areas for improvement

 Assisting with identifying root causes of the non-conformities using 5 why techniques or fishbone diagram and processing corrective/preventive action plans to avoid similar recurrences

 Creating Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Integrated manual as per 1 ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018

 Establishing Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety management systems and developing the necessary procedures, policies and forms to be in conformance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements

 Guide and assist companies in preparing KPIs and analyzing data to identify trends and take preventive actions

 Assist companies in conducting management review meetings as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, meeting input and output requirements

 Development and execution of risk assessment addressing hazards and implementing controls

 Setting up a legal registry that applies to the organization's activities regarding regulatory compliance  Suggesting SMART QEHS objectives that apply to the organization's type of activities based on the organization's KPIs

 Investigate to find possibilities to minimize hazards at the workplace
