- Managed all administrative tasks for new physicians joining the clinic, including obtaining a Practitioner ID, billing number, and registrations with Lab and Connect Care. WCB, Alberta Medavie Blue Cross. Also, also organized and conducted Primary Care Network (PCN) meetings with new physicians to acquaint them with the PCN's role. Successfully navigated all requisite procedures for their inclusion in the PCN, Patient Medical Home, CPAR, and related initiatives.
- Managed physician billing to Alberta Health, the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB), and third parties.
