Designing a Closed loop Artificial Pancreas System

  • Built a prototype for Automatic delivery of insulin by continuous monitoring of glucose level.
  • Developed a closed loop algorithm to send messages / monitor the working of the peristaltic pump and glucose sensor.
  • This device can be used to deliver the required dosage of insulin to the patient to prevent the unchecked complications of uncontrolled diabetes.
